Day 1
As I have gotten used to working from home, I have become more familiar with housework.
Every morning, my wife does the laundry and I hang it out to dry, which is our daily routine, although I think I should do the laundry myself.
My wife has an exquisite way of distributing detergent and fabric softener.
As the song says, "A mother's good smell is the smell of laundries," and she is so exquisite in her distribution.
My cooking skills are hopeless and I leave it to my wife, or rather, if there is someone who can do it well, I leave it to her/him because she serves me excellent food every day.
This is an ironclad rule for anything, whether it is work or housework.
I check the clouds and weather conditions and decide in an instant whether to hang the towels outside or send them to the bath to dry. I hang the towels on the railing of the terrace to make the best use of the space.
On days when it's not too windy, it's even more efficient to hang the towels on the railing first, and then use the washcloths.
The only reason to leave one towel is to hang it on a hanger so that it blinds the front of the drying underwear.
It's become a diary, or rather a topic of laundry tips and drying tips.
Since I was appointed as the Minister of Laundry, I have been using the Yahoo weather app as my indispensable information.
It's good that it updates every hour. The sunrise and sunset information is also great.
Of course, since I'm working from home, I have to check my email and other things, but I also have to check the Yahoo weather.
In the afternoon, when I'm hit by sleepiness, the worst enemy of working from home (well, I'm sleepy even when I'm working at the office.), I take in the laundry and fold clothes for a change, which goes very well with refreshing and restoring my concentration.
Thank you, sunshine.
